Christi is the firm’s Office Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the firm, including directing the planning, development, implementation, and administration of the Human Resources function. She leads all associate orientation, payroll management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits, and organizational development. She supervises a wide range of company projects and events, manages claims resolution, invoice approval, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness and all supplier partnerships.

Christi graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in Marketing.
